Welcome to Try Prompt ("we," "our," or "us"). We build tools to optimize and manage AI prompt templates, designed to assist developers, creators, and writers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the security measures we place to guard it. By using the Try Prompt mobile application (the "App"), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Try Prompt operates primarily as an on-device utility. This design significantly limits the personal data that ever leaves your physical device. We categorize data processing into two distinct tiers:

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal Identities: Your name, username, email address, password, physical address, or phone number. No login account is required to use Try Prompt.
• Your Custom Input Data: Any edits, drafts, or adjustments you make to prompts are not uploaded. They remain temporary in your session memory or device memory.

Any data collected or processed serves exclusively to provide, maintain, and optimize the functionality of the App:

• To Maintain Custom Settings: Using your local preferences (such as light/dark mode preference) to adjust the App's presentation.
• To Provide Prompt History: Storing recently copied prompts in local storage so you can easily access them again from the History screen.
• To Synchronize Favorites: Maintaining a list of your favorited prompt templates so they remain quickly accessible.
• To Fetch Prompt Templates: Interfacing with Firebase Firestore to pull down the newest prompts, categories, and updates published by the Try Prompt Studio team.

To facilitate key features, we integrate certain third-party libraries and packages. These third parties may collect technical logs under their respective privacy structures:

• Google Play Services: Required on Android devices to deliver app updates, maintain security checks, and process app distribution.

• Firebase (Cloud Firestore): We utilize Firebase database solutions to deliver prompt templates to the app. These connections may report standard system logs (such as IP addresses and request headers) associated with network traffic.

Because we do not store your data on external databases, you maintain complete custody over your information at all times.

Managing Local Data:

• Clear Copy History: You can wipe out all recorded history entries at any time directly in the application using the "Clear History" button inside the History screen.
• Remove Favorites: Individual favorite prompts can be toggled off at any point, removing them from your saved list.
• Full Application Erasure: To completely wipe all settings, preferences, favorites, and history, you can uninstall Try Prompt from your mobile device or clear the App's storage/cache in your system settings.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event that we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can perform the necessary actions.
