• Location & Address: The service location details you manually enter or which are reverse-geocoded to dispatch mechanic assistance to your vehicle.
• Device Tokens: Your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token to deliver push notifications about booking alerts and chat messages.
• Chat Communications: Secure logs of text messages exchanged between customers and mechanics inside the application's chat rooms.
• Vehicle Information: The type (Car, Bike, EV) and model of your vehicle selected for browsing services.
• Booking History: Logs of your scheduled, in-progress, or completed services.

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• To authenticate your identity securely and maintain your customer dashboard account.
• To sort and match you with available mechanics in your immediate vicinity.
• To send push notification updates for booking requests, status changes, and chat alerts.

Your details are stored securely using Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore database systems. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. All sensitive network communication is encrypted over HTTPS.

• You can update your name and phone number directly from the Edit Profile screen.
• You can change your service address at any time from the Add Address screen.
• You can request complete deletion of your account and related booking details by reaching out to our support team.
